After settling in, you have the day free of scheduled activities, perhaps take a stroll around or go to explore famous beaches like Copacabana or Ipanema.

You'll be met at your hotel by your private guide around 10:00 am and head to the base of Corcovado Mountain by car, passing by Rio's beaches and the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon on the way.
Reaching the Cosme Velho district, you'll take a unique Swiss cogwheel train that climbs the mountain from its base to nearly the summit. The very top is reached by climbing a flight of stairs to arrive at the iconic Christ the Redeemer Statue. The view, from this vantage point, with the surrounding Tijuca National Forest spreading below and a circle of mountains closing the horizon at the very back of the Guanabara bay is truly spectacular. After some time to walk around and take photos, we make the way back down.
We then head towards to the bohemian Santa Teresa neighborhood, home to a collection of local boutiques and galleries. The charming area of Santa Teresa also features many trendy bars and restaurants offering several options of snacks and dishes, not to mention its breathtaking views. Don’t miss out on it!
From Santa Teresa to Lapa, there is the famous Selaron steps, a stairway decorated with colorful tiles. Known for its energetic bohemian vibe, “Lapa” is the most buzzing area in town day and nighttime.
We then walk through Rio’s downtown through some of the coolest touristic areas catching sights and culture until Mauá square. The walk passes by historic attractions, lots of bars and restaurants, arriving at Mauá square where all tribes and people get together.

Feel The Spirit Of Rio In A Musical Dance Show With Dinner At A SteakhouseDeciding where to go and what to do on a night out in Rio can be tough for out-of-town visitors. Avoid taking your chances and go for a breathtaking traditional live musical dance show with various Brazilian cultural expressions, rhythms, performances, dances, and a good taste of Samba music and Brazilian Carnival. Accompanied by a guide, just a few meters from the stage, watch a majestic performance of an amazing group of singers, dancers, and “skillful capoeira” performers radiating energy in front of the stunned audience in a vibe that can be only felt in Rio.
Just before the show, assimilate into the samba dance joining in a 30-minute workshop taking the first steps from professional dancers.
Before the show, enjoy dinner at a nearby “all-you-can-eat” steakhouse restaurant. To sharpen the appetite, there is a well-stocked buffet of various salads, charcuterie, side dishes, fried manioc, onion rings, fried bananas, and much more. However, the focus is on large number of grilled-to-perfection beef cuts served in your plate to exactly meet your cooking requirements. (Dinner is included in the price)
An expert bilingual guide ensures you have an exciting and safe experience, providing an interpreting service and explanations along the way.
This experience will give you a memorable opportunity of seeing a different culture and break from the usual routine.

A series of two cable cars will take you to the top of Sugar Loaf. At the top, again some of the most breathtaking views of Rio, this time from a different vantage point than at Corcovado.
After that, tourists may want to enjoy lunch at a very nice “all-you-can-eat buffet” steakhouse restaurant (not included).
Later you'll make your way to the Rio Botanical Garden. The garden has over 6,000 different species of tropical and subtropical plants and trees, including about 900 varieties of palm trees. There is also a variety of wildlife in the garden, particularly birds, and Toucans can frequently be spotted in the treetops.

Have the guide to pick you up at the hotel at 6:30 am and take on a tour in the gorgeous city of Angra das Reis and Ilha Grande (Big Island).
After the pick-up, we drive for 2:30 h on a winding road through the mountains with incredible sceneries spanning along all the vastness of the valleys and escarpments laying beside the ocean, locations ideal for photo stops and contemplation.
Dozens of islands appear at every turn on a coastline cut by bays and peninsulas, that has as its biggest tourist attraction Ilha Grande (Big Island).
There are numerous activities to do in Angra dos Reis and all roads lead to the sea. With that said, we will then arrive at a marina to embark on a motorboat joining a small group tour to uncover the main offshore islands hopping from one paradise to another for approximately 7 hours.
An island for every day of the year. Angra dos Reis has no less than 365 islands and more than 2 thousand beaches, surrounded by the region's characteristic emerald green sea, white sand and vegetation of the Atlantic Forest. With rich marine life and preserved green areas, the destination is one of the most beautiful on the coast of Brazil.
On the tour, there are stops for swimming in enticing turquoise waters to dive among colorful fish, and yet explore wild or busy beaches experiencing culture, food and marvelous paradises including the main postcard island “Ilha Grande” (Big Island) that is absolutely breathless.
Ilha Grande is one of the great diving spots in Brazil. Amateur and advanced divers find underwater attractions to have fun! With clean crystalline waters of pleasant temperature, it's one of the largest concentrations of shipwrecks in the world as it was a territory of battles between pirates and corsairs along the history.
After having such an adventurous day, on the journey back to hotel, we’ll cater a conversation to your interests and our expertise, whether that can be culture or history of the area or tips for you to take full advantage of your stay in Brazil.
If you'd rather spend your beach day somewhere that's just as gorgeous as Rio, but not so crowded, this place is the beautiful town of Angra do Reis with its transparent waters and the beauty of its surrounding vegetation.
