 The minimum age for a hang glider flight is 16 years old. For minors, we need the parents or legal guardian to sign the term of responsibility on the day of the flight.

If you suffer from any significant medical condition, or have recently undergone surgery, it's advisable to see your doctor beforehand.  You cannot fly if you are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol and or drugs.

 In general, hang glading can be accessable for people with different types of desabilities like hearing impaired, paraplegic and quadriplegic. Each disability requires special considerations. If there are any concerns about whether your disability may affect your experience, please get a doctor′s opinion. 

 If you cancel at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

 If you cancel between 2 & 4 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.

 If you cancel within 1 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

 The charge is made in Brazilian currency.

 As soon as the tour guide arrives at your hotel, they get the front desk to call you in the room in case you are not at the lobby.

 For long-distance trips, we may have to ask the state or federal road department authorization for taking open highways with big vehicles like vans and buses. Thus, in order to do that, it's required the list of all passengers and their passport or ID numbers at the time of the booking (send it via e-mail after the booking). Therefore, it’s extremely important to book tours with long-distance pick-ups or drop-offs with at least 24 hours in advance. (valid for this tour)

 If big vehicles like a van or a bus is traveling without the required documents and the police pulls it over, the trip cannot continue. 

 Such requirement is not necessary for small vehicles like sedans, minivans and SUVs.

 The assigned vehicle is according to the number of passengers for the tour. The vehicles are all fully-equipped and suitable to fit you and your group comfortably.

 Yes, due to the pilots' experience and the constant maintenance of all equipment.

 You don't need to have any previous experience to fly Hang Gliding. You just need to have the will and be able to do a brief run from about 9 meters away.

 A double flight lasts about 6 to 15 minutes, and can reach up to 30, when in great climatic conditions.

 From sunrise to sunset, any day of the week. It just depends on the meteoerological conditions.

 It's about 1:30 including training and a possible queue for the take-off. 

 Rain is not necessarily an impediment to flight. Lightning and thunderstorms, yes, can be a problem. But ... cloudy days are not obstacles! Even on these days, we can make a good double flight.

 Yes, you can take a friend on our transport, or as many as you want, with your own transport.

 The maximum recommended weight is approximately 110kg for hang gliding.

 It is necessary to be over 16 years old, in this case it is necessary to bring identity and be accompanied by a guardian.

 As far as the maximum age is concerned, only the person has to be able to run a distance of 9 meters quickly, we have already flown with several people over 70 years old, in this case we have to be even more careful with the choice of the day to fly.

 First we want to emphasize that it is almost impossible for the hang glider to break during a flight, the equipment is tested and homologated internationally, in addition to being revised and changed periodically. In the event that a wing breaks during the flight we fly with a parachute close to the chest that will trigger it in the event of a collapse of the equipment, don't worry, the statistics show that it is almost impossible for this to happen during your flight. The accidents that happen in the sport are in general with experienced pilots flying alone and even in competitions as in the case of Pepê, they are people who are trying to break their limits and for that reason they end up exposing themselves.

 In case the weather does not turn out well on the day of the flight (i.e. strong winds and/or rain), first we will try to find an alternative date for the tour. If this is not possible, the booking will be cancelled and no costs will be charged (any deposit will be fully returned). 

 Just fill out the “PICK-UP” and “FINAL DROP-OFF” location fields to have the price for the tour guide to pick you up wherever you are, take you on the tour, and return you back to your place afterwards. The booking system may automatically reject too long-distance pick-ups & drop-offs, as the tour may NOT be worth taking because of the trip time to the city of the tour. In this case, you can either select closer locations or get in touch with us for options.

 Yes, always. Sometimes, other than the tour guide, there is also a driver depending on the number of people.  

 The tour is totally private and exclusive for you and your group. No other person out of your group must join your tour, unless it's invited by you.

 Once you have arrived at the airport, there will be a member of our staff / guide waiting for you at the arrivals area holding a clear sign with your name on it, they will then escort you to your waiting private vehicle.

  The tour can be hired for 1 person up to 42 people. We will assign a suitable vehicle according to your group.

  If you have groups with more than 42 people, the ideal is to make two (2) bookings splitting the group and using two vehicles plus two tour guides.
