 Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately, there is NO good wheelchair accessibility in Paraisopolis.

 We may have to mix a group of tourists who speak three different languages. The guide maybe has to speak with the tourists switching among English, Portuguese and Spanish.  

 Groups of up to 26 people share a 26-seater minibus with an English, Portuguese and Spanish speaking guide who will escort them during the entire excursion.

 If you cancel at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

 If you cancel between 2 & 4 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. if a 50 percent down payment has been made, this will not be reimbursed in case of cancellations between 2 and 4 days in advance.  

 If you cancel within 1 day of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

 The charge is made in Brazilian currency.

 Tipping is not included in our service fees, It is never mandatory although it is always appreciated. We do believe that if the guests have been happy with their service, the guide, assistant and driver should receive a tip as a token of appreciation. Standard gratuities in Brazil runs around 10 % depending on the service received.

 Meet the guide and driver at the designated meeting point and time at least 10 minutes prior to the tour's departure. You'll meet your group, pay the tour in cash (in case it's not already paid), and enjoy your tour!
