At the entrance, check the times of the shows, theater and photo with characters in order to better plan your day.

 Hopi Hari has a motorized wheelchair rental service, offers accessible ramps and preferred seats in its theaters and restaurants. Employees also undergo periodic training, with the aim of offering quality service and providing first aid.

 Also, at the entrance a person with a disability (permanent or temporary) is received by a park employee, who prepares a personalized map indicating the rides adapted for each. This map takes into account several aspects, such as the use of medication, movement and coordination, whether there is a companion or not, among other factors. This program is also suitable for pregnant women, elderly and people who have recently undergone surgery or who have suffered fractures, such as a cast arm.

 Hopi Hari is in an area that is usually very hot, so, regardless of the time of year, always bring sunscreen, insect repellent, cap, sunglasses and a change of clothes because the attractions with water get you wet.

 For safety, aerosol spray (including sunscreen and deodorant), bags, and thermoses, among other items, cannot enter the park. The tip is to bring sunscreen in plastic packaging and, if you are taking something to eat or drink, do not use thermal or glass packaging.

 If you cancel at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

 If you cancel between 2 & 4 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.

 If you cancel within 1 day of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

 The charge is made in Brazilian currency.

 For long-distance trips, we may have to ask the state or federal road department authorization for taking open highways with big vehicles like vans and buses. Thus, in order to do that, it's required the list of all passengers and their passport or ID numbers at the time of the booking (Send it via e-mail after the booking). Therefore, it’s extremely important to book tours with long-distance pick-ups or drop-offs with at least 24 hours in advance.

 If big vehicles like a van or a bus is traveling without the required documents and the police pulls it over, the trip cannot continue. 

 Such requirement is not necessary for small vehicles like sedans, minivans and SUVs.

 The assigned vehicle is according to the number of passengers for the tour. The vehicles are all fully-equipped and suitable to fit you and your group comfortably.

 The each single ticket purchased online is R$ 129,00 reais on weekends and R$ 109,00 on Fridays. Tickets purchased from the ticket office, on spot, are more expensive. 

 There are also group tickets that are cheaper. 

 The prices can be changed without notice, upwards or downwards, depending on the day or event.

 If you don't want to face lines at the rides, we recommend the VIP Pass / FastPass which can be purchased at the park on the day of your visit. 

 With Hopi Hari's FastPass + reservation you're directed to a special line with a shorter waiting time. It has an additional cost of R$ 99,00 reais and you have access to 8 rides and 2 tunnels of the Horror Hour without taking lines.
 If you are going with the intention just to enjoy the park with small children (under 1.40m), there is no need to buy the “Vip Pass”, since it does not include almost no rides for the little ones.

 Children up to 1 meter tall enter Hopi Hari for free. To do so, simply present their ID document at the counter next to the preferred turnstile.

 People over 65 years old enter Hopi Hari for free. To do this, simply present an ID at the counter next to the preferred turnstile. The benefit is not valid for special and exclusive events.

 Tickets can be purchased at a reduced price online on www.hopihari.com.br. If you need assistance to purchase the tickets, we can do it for you. 

 Children from 1 meter onwards already enjoy a lot and can play at several attractions such as the Bat-Hatari roller coaster, the Rio Bravo and the Spleshi, but there are some attractions released for the little ones as well. Older children, starting at 1.40m, can go to all attractions.

 At the entrance to the park, next to the turnstiles, there is an employee who measures the children and puts a bracelet indicating the height. This facilitates and speeds the entrance to the rides and children do not need to be measuring the height at the entrance of each.

 There are several food kiosks and snack bars around the park and the vast majority serve what we usually find in amusement parks: hamburgers, hot dogs, popcorn, fries, drinks and ice cream. For those who prefer food, there is a restaurant in the Wild West area that serves actual meals and another with vegan food.
 For those who are going with small children and want to take something from home to eat (remember that it is not allowed to enter with any thermal or glass packaging), the park offers a very nice “mommy's cup” space, the “Mamadero da Vovó ”, In Looney Tunes. There are microwaves, sink, armchair, changing table and cot are available.

 Just fill out the “PICK-UP” and “FINAL DROP-OFF” location fields to have the price for the tour driver to pick you up wherever you are, take you on the tour, and return you back to your place afterwards. The booking system may automatically reject too long-distance pick-ups & drop-offs, as the tour may NOT be worth taking because of the trip time to the city of the tour. In this case, you can either select closer locations or get in touch with us for options.

 Yes. This activity is meant to have only a driver to be at the tourists disposal driving them round trip to the Hopi Hari amusement park. 

 The activity is totally private and exclusive for you and your group. No other person out of your group must share the vehicle with you, unless it's invited by you.

 Once you have arrived at the airport, there will be a member of our staff / driver waiting for you at the arrivals area holding a clear sign with your name on it, they will then escort you to your waiting private vehicle.

 The activity can be hired for 1 person up to 42 people. We will assign a suitable vehicle according to your group.

 If you have groups with more than 42 people, the ideal is to make 2 bookings splitting the group and using two vehicles plus two tour drivers.
