Rich in history, this farm played a significant role in Brazil's coffee cycle and has preserved its heritage, offering you an authentic and immersive experience.
The tour will take you through lush coffee plantations, a seedling nursery, and historical areas such as the domestic slave quarters, chapel, main house exterior, and traditional coffee processing facilities. You’ll visit the coffee fields, learn about the manual coffee shaking process, and witness each stage of production—from harvesting and drying to roasting.
A visit to the farm’s museum will provide an in-depth exploration of coffee’s profound influence on Brazil’s history and culture. Throughout the tour, you’ll have the chance to taste different coffee varieties, along with local jams, honey, and cachaça.
