Metropolitan Cathedral
The Metropolitan Catedral of São Paulo, commonly called Catedral da Sé, is the best known Catholic temple in the city of São Paulo. It has 111 meters long, 46 meters wide and 65 meters high, making it one of the five largest neo-Gothic sanctuaries in the world.

The Temple of Solomon, built by the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God, is a replica of the biblical ancient temple of the same name in Jerusalem.

The Museum of Sacred Art of São Paulo is one of the main Brazilian institutions dedicated to the study, conservation and exhibition of objects related to sacred art.
It houses one of the most important collections of sacred art in Brazil, accumulated throughout the 20th century, with pieces from ancient churches across the country. It has also images of saints made in Brazil and Europe between the 16th and 20th centuries, in addition to silverware and paintings.
Santa Ifigênia Church
At the end of the Santa Ifigênia Viaduct, it is possible to visit the Santa Ifigênia church. An example of revivalist architecture, the temple stands out for its high central tower and the detailed stained glass windows, imported from Venice.

São Francisco Convent and Shrine
Built in rammed earth (clay, stones and animal oil), the church was founded in 1647 by seven Franciscan religious, newcomers to São Paulo.
Two illustrious residents of the convent were Frei Galvão (First Brazilian Saint), and Cardinal Dom Paulo Evaristo Arns, who transformed the convent into a sanctuary in the 1990s.
Another curiosity is that in the basement, there is the convent bakery, which daily bakes various breads and sells them at the church door.

Santo Antonio Church
The Patriarca Square is home to the Santo Antonio Church, historical patrimony of the state, that unites invaluable artistic pieces of the colonial period. In addition to its famous baroque carving altar from 1780, the sanctuary features the oldest and most well-preserved murals of the city, dating back to the beginning of the seventeenth century, which were found during its last renovation in 2005.
Having faced many restorations, the current front of the temple, conceived in eclectic style, dates from 1919.
