Itinerary

  • Canyoning

After a quick training on a wooden platform using abseiling techniques, explore the rugged landscape rappelling down a series of cliffs of 60 and 46 meters, and drop into clear tropical pools at the bottom of the canyons.

The canyoning begins on a trail that leads to Cassorova Waterfall. After that, we started the adventure by descending two flights of its waterfalls on a guided rappel. In the second part of the activity, we walk through the rain forest and in an aquatic path until the second rappel descent, the canyon of Quatis waterfalls.

    Casarão Winery

Casarão Winery occupies an old mansion that has been completely revitalized, but still preserves several parts of the old structure, which gives all the charm of the place.
The winery is a great place to guarantee the souvenirs of the trip, in addition to being able to take home excellent local handcrafted products and the famous cachaças and liquors.

Taste the ever-popular cachaça (the Brazilian national drink). They keep in their cellar 12 mind-blowing different flavors along with other finest liquors.

The products sold are carefully selected, from the decorative objects and handicrafts, to the prized sweets, drinks and cheeses.

    Brotas Bar Restaurant

Now it's time to visit the city's most famous restaurant, the Brotas Bar!

The facade stands out for its construction with huge lighted windows and two kayaks “coming out of the wall”. The interior decoration follows the same footprint of adventure sports with rafting helmets and kayaks as lamps, a table that reproduces a rafting boat. Various trophies, photos and other recordings are also on display, in honor of the 8th times world champion rafting team originally from the city and a source of great pride for Brotas.

The menu at Brotas Bar is very democratic, serving dishes for those who want to snack (pastries, drumsticks, fries, fish baits) and varied dishes such as hamburgers, pizzas, risottos, fish, meats, vegetarian options and a famous sausage flambéed in cachaça. .
To drink, banana caipirinha (which is one of the house’s specialties!) and craft beer. It can not be missed!

  • Zip-lining

The Mega Tour Tirolesa is a circuit with 1,800 meters of zip lines in 5 flights (5 different flights indeed) at 120 meters in height, crossing valleys, rapids, and waterfalls in the Pinheirinho River valley that presents incredible views. You will have the richest and most exciting perception of the mountains that form the Cuesta of Brotas in one of the highest zip lines in Brazil.

After intense moments of emotion and flying over the beautiful canyons that make up this part of the Cuesta, we started the hike to visit the Cristal Waterfall.

It will be a different moment that will be remembered forever.

    Hiking & Waterfall Bathing

The Cristal waterfall trail also holds great emotions. The first of which is the crossing of the Pinheirinho River, with the help of a cable
installed in the river. During the trail we pass through stretches surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with highly appreciated species, such as Figueira.

After crossing the Precious Stones stream, the trail becomes more technique, but cables anchored in trees and the help of instructors
guarantee the safety and integrity of all.

Arriving at Cristal waterfall, participants are played with a beautiful natural salon. With its ten meters high and pleasant temperature waters, Cristal waterfall provides a soul-washing bath, and a great opportunity for reflection and thanks to Mother Nature!

    Rafting

Rafting is carried out in the waters of the Jacaré Pepira River, considered one of the best and most visited river in the country for the practice of rafting. It has the best relationship of emotion and contact with nature and the course of the river is an award to practitioners who explore the rapids and falls.

Each boat is accompanied by an instructor, who coordinates everyone's paddles and ensures the safety of the participants.

After the quick practical training, the adventure starts with a lot of emotion! In the first minutes of the route we passed several fun rapids.

The route alternates stretches of backwaters and rapids and has the constant presence of the Atlantic Forest and the Cerrado biomas. The integration with nature is total with monkeys, toucans and other birds are easily seen.

At the end of the course, the most challenging sequence of rapids is known as “three jumps”. The “First Jump” is the postcard of rafting in Brotas!
